The reason people don't read, react, engage, like, share or comment is NOT because they aren't paying attention.
It's because we don't give them something worth paying attention to.
If you have a great mission, products, services, warranty - doesn't matter... you're just great... but people aren't responding, it's because you're not giving them something worth listening to.
It doesn't necessarily mean you should give up or change your brand and logo.
It does mean you should try saying something worth listening to.
Because if you do, people will listen.
