Wikipedia and Mom

I require every student in every research and written assignment to use and cite Wikipedia.

Require - it's not an option! Why? Because when little Johnny tells Mom he's studying Maya civilization of the Mesoamerican people, Mom will Google it and find the first option: Wikipedia. And if little Johnny doesn't know as much as the general public (and Mom), we should all wonder why they're paying $40K a year but don't know as much as Mom (and Wikipedia).
