The best and only reason for a nonprofit to exist (and ask for your money) is to solve problems that haven't been solved before.
I said it because I believe it - this is the only reason for a nonprofit to exist - to dare ask for money from others.
Solving a problem that hasn’t been solved before involves:
1. Changing rather than rearranging problems;
2. Non-competitive relationship with funding but full-on combat against intransigent power;
3. A reason to exist that conveys delta/difference as its message, not need-justified manipulation.
The rest is, as they say, easy-peasy...
