Your organization or business, that is - why do you exist?

Why does the world need you?

Would you be missed if you didn't exist and do what you do?

The only reason to exist is to solve problems that aren't being solved otherwise for your community, customers or audience. (Everything else is vanity.)

And this means changing the calculus rather than rearranging problems.

This and only this is your delta - your difference - your reason to exist.
