Were you hired to do more of the same or make changes to make more possible?

Or both?

(If it's both, you've probably realized by now that doing more of the same is really what's expected of you, and making changes to make more possible can't cut into just doing more of the same, right?!)

Produce more, not make different.

Write more, with fewer typos.

Raise more and more money - new fundraiser - doing what we’ve always done (but didn’t have the time to really do it ourselves).

You want to change what's possible, but everyone else just wants you to do what needs to be done and leave the dreaming to others... others who won't hurt their bottom line.
