If we're explaining - we're losing.
If we're defending - we've already lost. If we're spending our marketing energy on why we matter - we've abandoned any hope of succeeding. While we're explaining ourselves, others are executing. They're showing, while we're stuck on telling. They're solving problems for customers and stakeholders. They're inspiring others with success - inviting others to enjoy this success (that's called community - the good kind).
