We Just Want to be Liked

If our goal is to make everyone like us, we'll be disappointed.

And if we're really just jerks hiding behind making people angry, we'll always be happy and unhappy at the same time.

If we do the same job anyone (or everyone) else can do, we're replaceable - so keep your head down, follow orders, and please don't try to make anyone angry.

But if you're an artist, break things and see who gets angry.

Are they still your people?

Do they join you in anger or push you away?

Making the right people angry in the right way and we'll learn our true audience.

And whatever you do - do something worthy of making the right people angry (otherwise it's just a waste of time and energy).
