Too Soon

Timing is an art - and that means we make it up as we go along.

But great timing isn't up to us - it's up to our audience. They get to say what is great and when it is better than expected.

So holding back - holding off - waiting - planning - these are all our effort to have a say in what works.

And we don't have that kind of power.

Saying 'It's too soon' is a loser's game.

We do have control over the content we create, post, send, share and the frequency of everything we do. But whether it will capture someone's attention isn't part of that control.

So stop trying to control what we can't control and do more creating, posting, sending, sharing and don't stop.
