There's no place like home

This story - The Wizard of Oz - became part of the story we tell about ourselves.

And what is that story?

While we’re all sure there’s an all powerful force who can change our lives (if we’re worthy because we serve him and sacrifice in that service), he’ll use his power to do what we can’t and make us what we aren’t.

We work to be worthy of being picked.

And it turns out it’s all a lie.

The GREAT OZ is a fraud - behind the curtain he’s a bumbling, insecure old white guy manipulating insecure people to protect insecure people from themselves.

When the curtain is drawn back (not by brave Dorothy, but by her bold, fearless little doggie - Toto), she discovers the truth and the GREAT OZ admits the truth.

Stop waiting to be picked. Stop waiting to go viral. Stop waiting to be discovered, liked, shared, funded, hired or famous to be who you need to be to be happy.

Start picking yourself - because you’ve already got what you need to be what you want (wish) to be.

No excuses - you (like Dorothy) are the entrepreneur of your own life - your mission, business, marketing, and happiness.

Not some old, scary GREAT OZ.

And ‘There’s no place like home’ is where you start - that’s where you must find happiness (because if you aren’t happy, you aren’t you).
