What is the ROI of gratitude?

How much does it cost you... and how much will it return?

All of us - from baristas to servers to fundraisers to all those teens working their first job at Chick-fil-A - have to practice saying the words (and be expected to say them sincerely... even if we don't feel like we're grateful).

So how much is gratitude worth?

How much will a 'Thank you!' campaign or program or rule cost?

Will we raise revenue? retention? brand equity - from just saying 'Thank you'?
