Special Days

It's January 1st (again) - and for most of us it's a special day.
 
The timing of New Year’s resolutions isn’t just arbitrary… I’ve heard know-it-alls waxing eloquently that we could just as easily make resolutions on October 1st – but this misses the symbolism of special days… December 31st to January 1st is a sign of new-ness, new beginnings, and do-overs.
 
Some of us use a birthday, anniversary, or even April 15 (tax-day) and get our finances in order… symbolic days matter because of how we feel – so what if we could bottle that feeling of midnight on December 31st in a bottle and make it last all year?
 
If one of those is your trigger, go for it.
