How do we start?
Something you do occasionally... something you've never done... something you've seen someone else doing... something... anything....
Pick it and do it every single day for one week.
Then for one month.
And unless you pick something stupidly difficult or time-consuming or humiliating, your days will not be distorted beyond recognition and you'll still have time for Netflix.
Then, after one month, evaluate that one something you picked.
Did it get easier?
Did you get better at doing it?
Does it demand as much effort?
Did you discover ways of doing it better (and not just faster)?
What will it cost you to keep doing it for another month... or two...?
And when will you be willing to call it a habit?
