Name calling

Do you like being called names? No, I didn’t think so.

And the worst - most egregious example is calling people who give their hard earned money to become their better selves ‘donors’.

Say it and you deserve to be corrected.

Say it to them about them and you deserve to be slapped.

It’s lazy, objectifying and callous.

What’s the alternative? How about using their given names, praising their best aspirations, congratulating their world-changing passion, and bragging about them - “You are the reason X has changed.”

Get over the D-word... or get ready to reduce that budget (again) and refresh that resume (you’ll need it).
