Hooks and Clickbait

If you listen to Brendan Kane (and you should), you need a hook to capture and begin to keep someone's attention.

So, your hook better be good.

It better be worth their attention.

No, not clickbait. That doesn't keep their attention... it may trick them, but it won't build the trust needed to keep them.

If you were served guinea pig while visiting Chile, don't save that for later - start with that.
