Sometimes we are sooo committed to our details, our unique operational quirks, and exactness matters more than accessibility, that users have to work hard to ‘get’ what you want to give them.
Access with as little resistance matters more than our vocabulary, our buzzwords. UX and UI don't even come close to solving the problem... (they're like those who change pronouns from we/us to you/your and think they've solved their messaging problem). If we make it work, they’ll go to someone who cares about them more than they care about their own keywords. Comments are closed.
