Find Those People

In a recent survey (don't you just love posts that begin with phrases like that?!), more than 8% of respondents said they believe they could defeat an adult gorilla in a hand-to-hand fight.

Who are these people? And have they ever seen (or read) an adult gorilla?

(I blame the parents who didn't take them to enough zoos when they were children.)

But if that's the curious part, here's what's interesting about it: there are people who are willingly convinced of things they couldn't possibly do.

And... it's not the marketers job to change them... it's their job to find them.

Changing people's minds is the wrong first step... and it's as foolish as fighting an adult gorilla... because you'll lose.
