Exhausted with failure

When you've tried it you way... and failed.

Watched a new tutorial, listened to a how-to podcast, and signed-up for a 'solve your marketing problems in 3 easy steps' online course, and still failed.

And then, finally, you get it.

It's not about you - your passion, your mission, your retreats or team-building exercises - but about those who you hope and pray will support what you want to do.

When you're exhausted with failure and all those who preached at you about what you were doing wrong are gloating over your failure as they crow, 'I told you so!'

It's too late. When you're so exhausted with organizational narcissism and your Why? - it's too late.

You're beaten. Broken. Embarrassed with failure - especially because you invested so much in declaring YOUR mission as the one thing that will finally change the world.

Let me throw this statistic out - I've heard and seen it so many times from so many MBAs, I tend to believe it...

Most first-time businesses fail.

But the majority of second-time businesses succeed.

The problem is that so few who fail the first time try to get it right in a second try.

Because they're exhausted with failure.

So here's your challenge - (are you up to it?) - will you be one of the few who get beyond their failure fast enough and with enough depth and capacity to succeed for another try?
