Would they? Would anyone cross the street to get to you? Your business? Your organization? Your nonprofit?
You’ve got an answer - you’re certain it’s a good reason. So what is it? Is it about how wonderful you are? Or is it about how wonderfully you provide what they need? Imagine someone briefly notices you from across the busy street - crowded with insecurities, risk, fear, danger, and complacency is keeping them safe in doing nothing about you. They’re safer staying put and ignoring you. Unless the risk of missing out on you is GREATER than the safety of staying put they'll avoid the danger of crossing that street.
