Is there any creepier way of saying something good as saying: "We're loving on people"?

I know it's common in certain circles, but these people should know how they sound to people outside their unique subculture.

We all have creepy phrases - not just outmoded expressions or "We don't say that anymore" things - and it should be something we point out so good intentioned people don't sound less than good.
