Content is copy.
Content is croissants and cupcakes and cakes.
Content is THE ONLY variable for your marketing.
Everything else - customer service, being just plain nice, design, aesthetics- is what everyone else in your space has as well. There’s no advantage.
Content - and quantity over everything - is the variable.
So... make more... content.
