30 Day Challenge - Day #27

Day #27 - Now to the opposite extreme – if everyone else is doing what you say needs to be done, produced or championed – that’s over-saturation and you need a special reason like lower price-point and then you’re in the commodity business, not the virtuous and unique start-up (just think Walmart).

If you’re opening the 16th coffee shop in a neighborhood, it’s not the first 15 coffee shops fault you’re struggling – the miracle is that the 15, 14, 13, 12 (you get the idea) are able to survive… for now.
